Buari delivered the babies in an undisclosed hospital outside West Africa.
The actress's father, Alhaji Sidiku Buari, confirmed this to a Ghanian online media on Monday morning.
He said his daughter welcomed the children into the family's fold.
The father of the twins is, however, yet to be revealed.
The fair complexioned actress has been romantically linked with Jim Iyke, who even reportedly proposed to the actress.
Recall Buari was also romantically linked with Orange Drugs, boss, Tony Ezenna, before it was denied.
