A man in Indiana is accused of not only raping and killing his ex girlfriend, but eating her heart and other organs as well.
Joseph Oberhansley, 34, allegedly killed his ex Tammy Jo Blanton, 46, sexually abused her corpse, and proceeded to eat parts of her heart, lungs, and brain back in September.
The jury will be considering the death penalty, although Joseph told the court that there were "a lot of lies and deception" going on in the case.
We don't really know how someone could be charged witheating another person unless it was true, but we feel sorry for Tammy Jo's family during this troubling time.
