Tell your interviewer that you are in this path because of your passion for it. Do not let them see through you that you are in the path for the money or desperate for the job.

Here interviewers are looking at how you can be of great impact on the development of the job recognizing your strengths and weaknesses.

Money is important. Most workers are working because they want to have a means of meeting their needs. So do not say money is not important. It may make you sound hypocritical. Work is important to your employers. So you need to balance it.

It is better to say: "both money and work are very important. However, work is important because without work, more money cannot be got."
