Nollywood comic Actor gets Political Appointment

Nollywood comic actor, Ime Bishop Umoh a.k.a Okon Lagos has joined the league of Nigerians stars with political appointments. 

 Okon Lagos announced his appointment via his Instagram page. He wrote, "Yes it's true… been made Special Assistant To The Governor On Ethical and Social Reorientation, Akwa Ibom State. Thank you Gov Udom Emmanuel. Most above all, Thank you Jesus!" For a while now Nigerian celebrities have been involved in politics.
Veteran Nigerian actress Hilda Dokubo was once the Special Adviser to the former Governor of Rivers state Peter Odili. Nkiru Sylvanus was appointed the Special Assistant on Lagos State Affairs to Imo State Governor Rochas Okorocha in 2011. 
Richard Mofe Damijo who was once the Commissioner for Culture and Tourism in Delta State just to mention a few. Do you think Nigerian entertainers can become good politicians?
